I am currently running Qt 4.7.1 on a Windows XP 32-bit platform with VC++ Express 2010/Cygwin and Geant4 4.9.4 built accordingly. When I build and run any example with GUI capabilities, the standard G4 Qt interface will come up. The gui and vis macros load up fine and are visible in the history panel, the OpenGL panel is fully functional, and I get the command tree. Upon entering a command (by prompt or by constructed drop down menus), however, one of two things will happen: the COUT panel will display "command not found", or it will crash immediately.
Thank you in advance, Ray
