Hi,

The recommendation is simple: define all particles which will be in your
simulation. If proton is incident, gamma, e+, e- should be registered as
well. If other particles can be created during tracking they should be
registered also. How to initialise physics processes one can find out from
one of examples/novice - of course, processes should be defined only for
particles of interest.
