 The range of PhysicsTables (dEdx and MeanFreePath) have upper limit at 100 TeV, if I remember well.
 You can/must extend this range if you work at higher energy.

 Please have a look at examples/extended/electromagnetic/MuonProcesses,
 in the method PhyListEmStandard::ConstructProcess()
