Question Energy collected is exactly the same as energy inputted

Hi,

When I run the Exampleb4A simulation with an input of 20 MeV, it will occasionally output exactly 20 MeV. I was wondering how it is possible that all the energy is being collected. Does this have to do with how Geant4's simulation software works? If so, could you explain to me the process and why it is possible for all the inputted energy to be collected? I have attached screenshots of the data. Thank you so much!
