 The second option is illustrated in novice/N03/rndmSeed.mac
 (see also README)

 Assume that your invidual rndm seeds are stored in fileA, fileB, etc ..
 you can do:

 /random/resetEngineFrom fileA
 /run/beamOn 100
  #
 /random/resetEngineFrom fileB
 /run/beamOn 100
 #
 /random/resetEngineFrom fileC
 /run/beamOn 100

 etc ...
