Hello,
assume I have following .mac input file

/gps/source/clear

/gps/source/add 6.0086
/gps/particle ion
/gps/ion 6 12
/gps/energy 5200 MeV
/gps/direction 0 0 1
/gps/pos/type Beam
/gps/pos/rot1 1 0 0
/gps/pos/rot2 0 1 0
/gps/pos/shape Circle
/gps/pos/centre 0. 0. -40. cm
/gps/pos/radius 3.1 cm

/gps/source/add 3.6101
/gps/particle ion
/gps/ion 6 12
/gps/energy 5188 MeV
/gps/direction 0 0 1
/gps/pos/type Beam
/gps/pos/rot1 1 0 0
/gps/pos/rot2 0 1 0
/gps/pos/shape Circle
/gps/pos/centre 0. 0. -40. cm
/gps/pos/radius 3.1 cm

/gps/source/list

But if I see the output (stdout) I see something like this:

The number of particle sources is: 2
Multiple Vertex sources: 0 Flat Sampling flag: 0
	source 0 with intensity: 6.0086
Num Particles: 1; Particle type: C12
 		Energy: 1 MeV
 		Direction: (0,0,1); Position: 0 0 -40 cm
 		Angular Distribution: planar
 		Energy Distribution: Mono
Position Distribution Type: Beam; Position Shape: Circle
	source 1 with intensity: 3.6101
Num Particles: 1; Particle type: C12
 		Energy: 1 MeV
 		Direction: (0,0,1); Position: 0 0 -40 cm
 		Angular Distribution: planar
 		Energy Distribution: Mono
Position Distribution Type: Beam; Position Shape: Circle

All my energies are set to 1 MeV inside this output. Adding /run/initialize before /gps/source/list call not helping. The real application after /run/beamOn sees all the energies correctly and work as intended though, but for some reasons I need to analyze the stdout of app and I'd rather see the proper output (if possible).
