 As Mokoto said, in example/novice/N03 you can change the geometry
 between runs, as shown in the macro exampleN03.in
 You can take it as a model.

 If not yet done, add a Messenger to your DetectorConstruction, and
 define a command like /detector/readFile  "fileName"
 which will force the reading of a file and trigger the wished
 re-constructions.
 Take care of the command /det/update for the re-initialization
