Question Segmentation fault when running multiple events

Forum: Run Management
Date: 22 Jan, 2014
From: Dipanwita Banerjee <Dipanwita Banerjee>

Hello

 I am running a program and it works fine when I run 10 events. But when I try to run 10000 events it gives a segmentation fault. The message using gdb is:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x02acd6be in std::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> >::compare(char const*) const () from /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6

I am not sure what the problem as 10 events show no problem. Any help is appreciated...

Thanks,

Dipanwita
