Whatever you do, you are turning on the verbosity level of some (or all) processes. Check your code (or macros)!

For example, to have the line:

FillLambdaVector: 35. e(MeV)= 49708.7 cross(1/mm)= 3.10126e-07 del= -4.88759e-12 k= 1 modelIdx= 1

in your output you must have:

http://www-geant4.kek.jp/lxr/source/processes/electromagnetic/utils/src/G4EmModelManager.cc#L649

while the default is:

http://www-geant4.kek.jp/lxr/source/processes/electromagnetic/utils/src/G4EmModelManager.cc#L128
