This has solved my problem! Usually I just stick a large number in for the required number of particles and have it exit when my desired number of particles are detected. I recently changed the numbers and must have put too large a number (like Loc I had 1E10). I have changed it to 2E9 and it works fine.

In this case I want 7M particles in the ROI and I have a 1.3E-3 factor so will need more than 2E9 particles. I will try implementing multiple BeamOn's or just combine multiple runs which is what I would usually do.

Thanks to Loc Martin and especially to Robert Hatcher.

Seb
