Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.

I have recently updated one of my models from version 9.3.p01 (Win 7, VC++ 9, cygwin) to version 9.6.p01 (Win 7, VC++ 10, MSDOS). I had a few updates to do with bits of code that were no longer in use but otherwise the transfer was OK.
I have however got a problem which I don't seem to be able to solve yet. I added a script in run action so that I can specify the number of interactions in the ROI to end the program on. So I run the program for say 1E9 particles but stop it when 100k have interacted in my ROI.
This was working in my version 9.3 models and works for smaller numbers of interactions in my current models. However, it seems not to work for >60k particles in the ROI. The number of particles isn't consistent either although very close each time. When it does exit it completes all of the requested actions at the end of run action and if I run it non-batch it returns to the input screen as if it had ended successfully. Yesterday I tried changing the Compton model after I was reading the updates read me and it now seems to run for ~ 200k particles before exiting.
I have checked that it isn't my script exiting by commenting it out and it still stops in the same place. I have no idea what is causing the problem and because it is so far through the simulation and not giving me any obvious clues I don't know what to check!
Any thoughts or suggestions would be most welcome.
Thanks in advance, Seb
