First of all, thanks for the answer. It is precisely known that D-T reaction takes place at a Deuteron energy around 100 keV in portable neutron generators, so i don't think that this problem is about Coulomb barrier. I have read about this in the next work for example: "Loss of the associated α-particles in the tagged neutron generators" D. Sudac, K.Nada, J.Obhodas, V.M.Bystritsky, V.Valkovic Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research A 793 (2015) 1823. Beside this, i'm workin with one of portable neutron generator, so i'm pretty sure about minimum value of the Deuteron ions energy. I'm trying to modeling one of the such neutron generator, and don't understand, why there is no neutron producing reaction with Deuteron energy below 0,7 MeV. May be this happening becouse Geant4 haven't information about cross section data for such energy range (0.1 - 0.7 MeV)?
