Hi there,

I am interested in electron(~MeV) tracking in materials with small steps. I am using Penelope physics and I limit the step length below micron. I am wondering whether the simulated trajectory would still agrees with experiment for such small step length.

I am looking for experimental references of Penelope or any other physics list for such small step length.

Yigong,

Thank you
