thanks for your replies and suggestions. I tried to reduce the cut values (even nm range). It did not help. I also varied different light, particles as projectile and target. I see only the secondaries in the simulation. I guess the primaries are killed or their tracks are deleted in the elastic scattering process. Is there any way to switch off killing the primaries?
