Question Adding the Hadronic Elastic Scattering to the QGSP_BIC

Dear All,

I am using Geant4.10 with the physics list QGSP_BIC. However, this physics list does not include elastic processes but only inelastic scatterings. In order to include the hadron elastic scattering I added the following command line to my physics lists:

PhysicsList::PhysicsList() : G4VModularPhysicsList() {
RegisterPhysics(new G4HadronElasticPhysics(verboseLevel));
	defaultCutValue = 0.1*cm;
	SetVerboseLevel(1);
}

I am simulating the primary beam 132Sn with an energy of 20MeV/u hitting on a deuteron target. But I do not see any scattered deuterons as expected from an elastic scattering. I am using gas and solid deuteron targets with various thicknesses. The beam goes through the target without scattering deuterons and the beam does not stuck in the target. I also varied the cut values. It did not help.

I would like to ask you is it possible to implement the G4HadronElasticPhysics into the QGSP_BIC? If yes, do you have any idea why my simulation does not produce elastic scatterings?
