Question Promopt gamma distribution in proton beam (v10.03.p01)

The proton beam (150 MeV) delivered to the PMMA phantom, and I check the secondary gamma by proton inelastic. The distribution of secondary gamma (3-10 MeV) is different than Geant4.10.02.p02. The number of secondary gamma measured in Geant4.10.03.p01 is two or three times than Geant4.10.02.p02. I used G4DecayPhysics, G4EmStandardPhysics_option4, G4HadronElasticPhysics, G4HadronPhysicsQGSP_BIC_HP, G4IonElasticPhysics, G4IonPhysics, GammaPhysics, G4StoppingPhysics for Genat4 Physics.

So, I want to know why the difference is happened.
