Changing the Physics from emstandard_opt4 ~to ion-LowE-ziegler1985 gives significantly better results above 20keV, very close to SRIM outputs. Nevertheless, no tallies were able to record any event below 5 keV F19 ions, even my modifying setCut or stepMax.

Enclosed is a comparison of different physics on the range.
