Dear Vladimir; Running the TestEm7 with your macro gives me values compatible with mine: ~25nm for yours, 24.7nm for mine, both running 10 000 F19 ions at 10keV, using NIST WATER material, option4 standard em, or Shielding. I only care about the projected range of the ions when reaching 0eV: print results if(edep=egamma && egamma>0). See my output_r333 file that shows the end of life parameters of 100 ions. SRIM also prints the «ion range, projected on a Y plane», so not the track length but the range, as we do. Here is a printscreen of the same bombardment configuration with TRIM, as with «Stopping/Range table subroutine», range is about 41nm. This is very interesting. Thank you again! PS: to run your .in file, change tallyPosition0 to tallyPosition 1 I cannot find any difference between your 2 macros.
