Hello,

for proton simulation Option4 EM physics is a bit more accurate for low-energy, has a bit stronger step limit for protons. Proton models itself are the same as in Livermore. You may also consider G4EmStandardPhysicsSS as an alternative - it will be much slower but more accurate for reflection simulation.
