Question Which physical processes or models should I include in the physical list?

Forum: Physics List

Dear all,

I am trying to simulate the reflectance of the protons and oxygen ions on the SiO2 surface. The energy ranges of the protons and oxygen ions are 50-1000eV and 1-10keV respectively.

The minimal energy defined in both "G4EmLivermorePhysics.cc" and "G4EmStandardPhysics_option4.cc" are 100eV. Which one is proper for my situation and should I do some modifications?

Should I include the processes of Hadronic Interactions?

Thank you!

Liyong
