Question Missing Main Photon Energy when Simulating U-238 Decay

Hi,

I am trying to simulate the decay of U-238 through a macro:

/gps/position 0 0 0 /gps/energy 0 keV /gps/particle ion /gps/ion 92 238 0 0

I tried using the LBE physics list and also exrdmPhysicsList from the rdecay02 example. In both cases I am missing the main gamma ray energy (1.001 MeV) that should be generated from the decay of Pa-234m. It simply does not get generated by the decay chain following the decay of 238U. What is wrong with these physics lists for this decay?
