Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.

For your energies we do not have many choices. for hadronic part you can try out the Binary cascade: QGSP_BIC, QBBC
An alternative may be HP (or PHP after 10.2): QGSP_BIC_HP note, that HP models results depend on HP environment variables. In this forum there are comments from the experts, in which they explain how to enable full gamma cascade of nuclear de-excitation
The Bertini cascade is less accurate at low energies: FTFP_BERT,....
For EM physics there are practically equivalent variants: Option3, Option4, Livermore and Penelope, to enable one of such variants you may use PhysList names:
QGSP_BIC_EMY, QGSP_BIC_EMZ, QGSP_BIC_LIV, QGSP_BIC_PEN
These names can be used if you instantiate Physics List via G4PhysListFactory (see for example, $G4INSTALL/examples/extended/hadronic/Hadr00)
I would not recommend copy/paste but use reference PhysLIsts from Geant4 distribution or , at least, physics constructors.
