Hi Vladimir, I really appreciate your explanations of the DNA physics and chemistry sub-packages as I did not find such a statement (“DNA physics does not provide dose”) in documents of Geant4-DNA Project. However, I am still confused about the concept of “provide dose” because we can extract the step information of “GetTotalEnergyDeposit” from a DNA physics simulation. I assume we can use results of “GetTotalEnergyDeposit” to calculate the dose for a defined target volume (i.e. dose = sum of “GetTotalEnergyDeposit” / target mass). Am I right? Thanks again your help. Thuy
