Didn't tried FTFP_INCLXX for this comparison, started task with it now, also started QGSP_BIC (but as I remember a few tasks with it completed successfully in 10.2). But are QGSP/FTFP used for my energy range (I have only 455 MeV/nucleon primary particles which is definitely below INCLXX high limit)?
