None Possible memory leak with INCLXX in 10.2 MT

Hello,
I'm running my simulations on IHEP (ihep.su) cluster and when I tried to migrate to 10.2 I found that all my long tasks (1e7 455 AMeV carbon ion particles, should take approx. 300-330 hrs cpu-time to complete) with QGSP_INCLXX physics killed by 5 Gb memory limit. Here below are some stats of used memory (according to qstat -f resources_used.vmem depending on Geant version, cpu time and physics used):

Geant4.10.1p02 (slc6, gcc 4.4.3 (default in slc6), built from source):
--FTFP_BERT, 127 hrs of cpu time - 596616kb
--QGSP_INCLXX, 127 hrs of cpu time - 596488kb

Geant4.10.2 (slc6, gcc 4.9.3, built from source):
--FTFP_BERT, 12hrs - 607996kb, 130 hrs - 1221844kb
--QGSP_INCLXX, 12hrs - 608276kb, 130 hrs - 4236912kb (and soon be killed, approx. at 144+ hrs completing about 2e6 primary events, looking at similar runs)
--Shielding, 130 hrs - 1320048kb

Geant4.10.2p01 (slc6, gcc 4.9.3, linked with /cvmfs binaries, and for unknown reason this one ignored runManager->SetNumberOfThreads(nThreads); in my main() and so that it utilizes only 2 cpu's instead of what I wanted (5 for this runs), but it's first time I succesfuly linked with /cvmfs binaries so may be I'm wrong somewhere):
--FTFP_BERT, 130hrs - 1221844kb
--QGSP_INCLXX, 130 hrs - 4236912kb
--Shielding, 130 hrs - 1320048kb

Geant4.10.1p02 (Windows 7, VS 2012):
--FTFP_BERT, QGSP_INCLXX, QGSP_BIC - approx. 1.2 Gb at the end of simulation

Geant4.10.2 (Windows 8, VS 2013):
--QGSP_INCLXX - approx. 1.5 Gb

For all cases all my user code is the same (except physicsList to put into runManager->SetUserInitialization() and random seed).
