Hello,

Not only Physics List itself but also method of scoring of energy deposition affect final results. To be sure that everything is fine with your application I would suggest to make a cross check running $G4INSTALL/examples/extended/hadronic/Hadr01. This should not take long. 

In a macro file to this example you can define energy, thickness, type of output file. Physics list can be defined by name in your command line. We know that Binary cascade is needed for the Bragg peak description, so QBBC or QGSP_BIC Physics Lists may be used. 

Note, that until now there were no strong concerns on the proton Bragg peak shapes obtained with Geant4, while various groups published there works. However, I cannot exclude new problems. At this moment it is important to make a cross check to be sure that there are questions to the shape in well defined conditions.
