So, after some more testing, I managed to get some polarized Interaction. Still there is something, I don't understand.

My problem relates to my direction of polarization: I polarize my Target with

  /polarization/volume/set Target 0. 0. 1.

and my beam via

  /gun/polarization 0. 0. 1.

Using these parameters I get some feedback from Geant4, saying that polarized interaction is happening:

  PV impact ( -2.43998e-05 , 0 , 0.99952 )
   impact on MFP is 0.92202
   lAsymmetry= -0.0780176 (-0.921982)
   tAsymmetry= -0.000293103 (-0.999707)

Now I rotate the beam polarization by 180

  /gun/polarization 0. 0. -1.

and again, run it. In this case, there is no more output about polarized interaction. The same thing happens, when I rotate the polarization of the beam and the target: For same direction, it works, antiparallel doesn't. This is not, what I would expect to happen. Is it supposed to happen that way or should it act different?
