You can do this by adding RadioactiveDecayPhysics to any of the standard physics lists (it's already in Shielding), for example,

   FTFP_BERT* physlist = new FTFP_BERT;
   physlist->RegisterPhysics(new RadioactiveDecayPhysics);

Now, in your event, if a radionuclide is produced, it will be decayed. In fact, the whole chain will be followed before the event finishes, so you'll need to have analysis cuts based on the timestamps of the tracks to know what is relevant to your situation. You can also use StackingAction to take long-lived tracks and push them off to a later event.
