Question Cut per region defined for a region but it seems to be applied to the world volume.

Dear Geant4 experts,

I defined a region in my Detector Construction class (attached). As I am using a packaged physics list, QGSP_BIC_HP, I have defined cut for region in a macro file. However, when I run the simulation it seems the cut for region has overwritten the cut for the world volume too. I've attached a screen shot of terminal too. Could you please advise where I am going wrong? Also I have defined step max in my detector construction class, does this also need to be defined in macro file? Could you confirm if my defined step max is not going to be overwritten by Packaged Physics list?

Many thanks, Leila
