None Physics list for 1.8 MeV photons on Tungsten Absorber

Hello!

I'm currently trying to build a simple simulation of the problem described in the title: The absorber is 2.5 mm thick and the gamma energy is 1.8 MeV. The photons are always directed at the same point on the absorber. I made an energy spectrum histogram to see if i could identify some characteristics of W. However, it has a strange appearence. See below. Specially the abrupt cut at 1.6 MeV and the kinks at very low energies. The physics list currenty used is QGSP_BERT. I'm expecting the appearance to reflect the occurrence of gamma conversion to e+/e- but I can't see such thing. I use run/setCut 1 um.
