thanks for your answer.

So in summary: I should use Livermore w. option 4 for the photoabsorption processes and PAI for the electron movement inside the ionization chamber?

Also, is there a way to implement the "ions moving to the electrode wire" and generating an electric signal?

Would you recommend to use GARFIELD++ for this case (why, if yes?)?
