Hello everyone, I'm working on the simulation of proton scattering on Carbon target(s=0). This is related to the proton EDM experiment. We will be measuring the asymmetry of the scattered protons by counting the hits on the pair of detectors which are arranged left and right or up and down about the beam direction. This asymmetry comes from the spin-orbit interactions between proton and carbon nuclei. I'm doing the simulation using Geant4 but found that the Geant4 doesn't have the spin-orbit interactions. I tried to figure out how to do this, but my Geant4 knowledge is very basic and found it's beyond my ability. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help me on this issue. Thnak you! Seongtae
