Question Physics list for antiprotons < 5 MeV

I'm trying to simulate 5.3 MeV antiprotons passing through a layer of beryllium (268 um), where they lose almost all their energy and annihilate.
I need information about the energy loss of antiprotons, antiprotons leaking from the layer with an energy less than 5 keV and the secondary electron production.
I used the example: examples/extended/hadronic/Hadr01 and modify it to get the information I need. I'm using GEANT4 version 10.0. 
Right now I'm using the physics models:

I'm using Livermore to get information about low energy electrons (secondary electrons) but I'm not sure which physics list is the best for antiprotons at low energy.
Experimentally, less than 0.8% of the initial antiprotons with less than 5 keV leak from the layer. 
When I run the simulation with a cutValue 1*um, I found more antiprotons leaking from the layer (about 3%).
When I used cutValue 1*mm, the percentage is 1%. Is there a reason why I should not be using a small cutValue? Does GEANT4 support antiprotons at very low energy?
