Thanks Michel. I got it working now, which brings me to an interesting point. I was seeing a discontinuity in my calculation, and it was due to how FTFP_BERT_HP is handling the np-Elastic cross-section.
I'm attaching a PDF that shows the cross-section as extracted from GEANT (divided by 100, because for some reason my result is coming out exactly 100 times larger) vs the tabulation in ENDF. The region between the high precision data ending (at 20 MeV) and a new model starting at 32.7 MeV is non-physical (as well as not correct) and even the higher energy cross-section is incorrect. QBBC (as recommended by Vladimir) seems to get this value correct (though also 100 times large when I extract it) in the full energy range.
I'm unsure if this is a fault on my end or in the FTFP_BERT_HP Physics List, but it is quite a large problem for neutron folks if it's not just on my end.
