You do not mention what observable you are actually looking at. Are you interested in fragments? Neutrinos? Pions?

I take this to mean Geant4 v10.0.p02. Correct?

I'm not sure about this part, so let us wait for someone else to comment on this. Still, it should be fairly straightforward to double-check the 0.5% figure if you know the time of flight of these particles.
