Hi,

I think I have a solution for most of the problems, although still not clear about the binary light ion model for <20 MeV.

Low energy inelastic (alpha, deuteron, triton) -> Binary Light Ion as recommended by Andrea. G4NeutronHPorLCapture -> G4NeutronHPCapture (as all required materials seem to be accounted for in the HP model) G4NeutronCaptureAtRest -> G4HadronicAbsorptionBertini

Neutron simulations look reasonable (indeed, the thermal models look more accurate although this is unrelated to the physics list updates I've added here).

Cheers, Matt
