Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. as you as seen in the release notes (section 4) parametrized models have been retired in Version 10.
The best to do, since I am assuming you are using your own physics list, is to look and copy from an existing PL where these have been modified.
Not knowing your specific use cases, let me give general recommendations.
For example, what you search (proton and neutron inelastic processes) are defined in source/physics_lists/constructors/hadron_inelastic/src/G4HadronPhysicsFTFP_BERT(_HP).cc or source/physics_lists/constructors/hadron_inelastic/src/G4HadronPhysicsQGSP_BERT(_HP).cc or source/physics_lists/constructors/hadron_inelastic/src/G4HadronPhysicsQGSP_BIC.cc
For light ion inelastic: source/physics_lists/constructors/ions/src/G4IonPhysics.cc (or other variants in same directory)
In particular the methods create Process and CreateModels shows you what has changed w.r.t. 9.6
In brief: Proton and Neutron: LEP removed, since FTF is valid starting from ~4 GeV you can use Bertini and Fritiof (+Precompound). Deuteron and Triton inelastic (light ions): use BinaryLightIon up to ~2 GeV and then FTF.
