Hello,

you need to study atomic levels of your material. Are there really transitions with energy 3-4 eV? I am not sure.

In general, you are doing correctly reducing low-limit for cut to 1eV. Note, that only "emstandard_opt3" EM physics builds cross sections down to 10 eV, all others stop at 100 eV.
