I read geant4 documentations and I found that this interactions in this energy ranges have not reliable data files for simulation and so the outputs are not reliable!

Are this data and outputs unreliable? If yes, can anyone introduce a code that could work in this region for my problem,please?

And if not, what interactions are unreliable? deexcitations, or other optical interactions that are important in atomic radiated gamma rays transport?
