None Why the result of proton multiple scattering from SRIM differ from that of Geant4?

I use QGSP_BIC_HP (Geant4.9.3) to simulate the multiple scattering in the Ar-C2H6, but the scattering angle is about half of that from SRIM (and Highland formula). When I change the physicslists by using detailed physical processes and particles, the differences still exist. Besides, the proton multiple scattering in the Aluminium target also has differences between Geant4 and SRIM. Can someone help me? Thanks a lot!
