Question PhysicsList for low energy gamma (26 keV)

Hi,

My problem is I'm simulating the passage of 26 keV gamma through GaAs and theoretically this is photoelectric effect, which predominate in this energy range. As a result of simulation I get that there is no ionisation from gamma, but from recoil electrons (Compton effect). I use LBE physics list for LowEnergyPhotoElectricEffect as in link below (http://geant4.web.cern.ch/geant4/support/proc_mod_catalog/processes/electromagnetic/low_energy/G4LowEnergyPhotoElectric.html). I also tried to use QGSP_BIC_EMY, but got similar results (but much less secondary electrons).

What PhysicsList should I use to get ionisation for this energy range?
