Hi, I want to use the "standard" physics list QGSP_BERT_EMZ, and I have successfully included it in my MAIN-program doing G4PhysListFactory *physListFactory = new G4PhysListFactory(); G4VModularPhysicsList* physics = physListFactory->GetReferencePhysList("QGSP_BERT_EMZ"); physics->SetVerboseLevel(1); runManager->SetUserInitialization(physics); This works. However, as I understood it, these physics lists can be used as starting points, so I wonder how I would include additional processes that are not included in the standard list (e.g. G4AnnihiToMuPair for positrons). I have tried to register this process doing G4ParticleDefinition* positron = G4Positron::PositronDefinition(); G4AnnihiToMuPair* anni = new G4AnnihiToMuPair(); physics->RegisterProcess(anni, positron); but I get the message that error: G4bool G4VUserPhysicsList::RegisterProcess(G4VProcess*, G4ParticleDefinition*) is protected Any help is appreciated, Stefan
