Hello,

The simpliest way shown below (put what you need instead radioactive decay):

#include "G4RadioactiveDecayPhysics.hh"

int main(int argc,char** argv)
{  
    ....

   G4PhysListFactory factory;
    G4VModularPhysicsList* phys = 0;
    G4String physName = "QGSP_BERT_HP";
    // reference PhysicsList via its name
    phys = factory.GetReferencePhysList(physName);
    phys->RegisterPhysics(new G4RadioactiveDecayPhysics());
    runManager->SetUserInitialization(phys);
    ....
}

But I use for neutrons in the range of 9.e-11 to 15.5 MeV --- QBBC physics list with addition of radioactive decay. My experience says that it work better
