Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. in both cases addition of RadioactiveDecay is correct. For correct gamma lines Bertini cascade should be substituted by the Binary cascade of INCL cascade:
QGSP_BIC, QGSP_BIC_HP, QGSP_INCLXX, FTF_BIC, QBBC
Alternatively for the Bertini cascade it is possibe to define environment variable G4CASCADE_USE_PRECOMPOUND.
For Geant4 9.6p02 for low-energy physics QBBC is optimal - one should not add extra environment variables.
If some radioactive decay channels are not working it is not connected with the method of creation of Physics List but with incomplete radioactive decay data. One can check this with $G4INSTALL/examples/extended/radioactive_decay
