Question How to simulate clusters ionized by muon in Ar gas?

I want to use incident muons to simulate the spacial resolution of TPC in Ar gas. For this purpose,I choose QGSP_BIC_HP as the physics list and 0.1mm as the length cut. However, the simulation results give the distributions of primary electrons nearly 1 electron/cm. Compared to the tens of clusters in one centimeter in the theory, such simulation seems unreasonable. Have I chosen the wrong physics list? Thank you.
