Production of isotopes depend on Physics List. In the recent releases (like the most recent 9.6patch02) one would suggest to use Physics Lists with BinaryCascade or INCL++. Try out $G4INSTALL/examples/extended/hadronic/Hadr01 - there is a demonstration of a simple method to score isotopes.

G4Fragment is an internal class which is not accessible in user actions.
