Hi, I'm trying to simulate the background radiation spectrum of a Ge detector surrounded by a thin layer of pure copper and a lead shield contaminated with 210Pb and 238U. I need to be able to get an accurate representation of the fluorescence x-ray produced in the lead and copper.

I made a physics list based on the "Shielding" list but I replaced the EmStandardPhysics list:

  this->RegisterPhysics( new G4EmStandardPhysics(verbose));

by the Livermore list:

  this->RegisterPhysics( new G4EmLivermorePhysics(verbose));
  G4EmProcessOptions emOptions;
  emOptions.SetFluo(true); // To activate deexcitation processes and fluorescence
  emOptions.SetAuger(true); // To activate Auger effect if deexcitation is activated
  emOptions.SetPIXE(true); // To activate Particle Induced X-Ray Emission (PIXE)

I'm also setting the production cuts to 0.001mm.

Is this the way to obtain the most accurate results? The spectrum I get doesn't seem to reproduce the expected florescence peaks. I'm using geant4.9.5.p02
