Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.

I have a simple single cell model geometry consisting of the nucleus and cytoplasm. I am attempting to use the "Microdosimetry" example physics list to simulate standard proton processes in the cytoplasm and DNA processes in the nucleus. I have configured my geometry so that the cytoplasm is part of the "defaultRegionFortheWorld" region and I have created a new region around the nucleus called "NucleusReg". I have allocated DNA processes to the "NucleusReg" region and standard physics to the world region. (See attached physics list). The nucleus is composed of water and the cytoplasm is composed of a custom material. I have attached the output from a single proton track (attached). When the proton transitions from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, there are many hIoni processes but none of them deposit any energy. This is clearly not working properley.
Can anyone suggest a reason for this error?
