All bins (in all plots) with a non-zero weight are visible.
In the case of the "beryllium nu_mu plot", the negative muon can be captured by the beryllium and interact with a proton to create a nu_mu. This is why the nu_mu energy goes beyond 52.8 MeV. The three body decay is more common though.
