I am utilizing Livermore's Low Energy physics package along with a voxelized geometry, which uses 4000+ materials based off of 18 base materials.
I am able to get passed the two material scans, one before beamOn, and the one after. However, even though I do not alter the geometry in any way, the runmanager attempts to rebuild the physics tables after beamOn.
I am using Livermore's low energy physics package for our medical simulations, however the physics tables end up building particles such as Bc+, B0, etc, and finally I believe crashes at particle GenericIon. Is there some way that my physics package may have changed for some reason? Where should I look to see why the rebuild is being invoked? And I've seen some half-decade old posts regarding GenericIon, does anyone have insight into this issue?
Thank you very much, Ming
